CANCELATION POLICY
At Luxury Vacation Place, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. Our cancellation policy is designed to protect both our guests and our property owners, ensuring a fair and transparent process.
Standard Cancellation Policy:
More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund of the booking amount, minus a 5% cancellation fee to cover administrative costs.
15-30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the booking amount.
Less than 15 days before check-in: No refund is available, as it becomes challenging for us to rebook the property at short notice.
Long-Term Reservation Cancellation (28 nights or more):
For long-term reservations, guests must cancel at least 60 days before check-in to receive a full refund. If canceled less than 60 days before check-in, the first month of the reservation is non-refundable.
Early Departure
If a guest decides to leave early during their stay, no refund will be provided for the nights not spent.
Exceptional Circumstances
We may provide a more flexible refund in exceptional circumstances (such as severe weather events, natural disasters, or serious illness). These cases will be reviewed on an individual basis, and documentation may be required.
COVID-19 Considerations
Given the ongoing nature of the COVID-19 pandemic, we are committed to flexible arrangements. Guests impacted by COVID-19 travel restrictions or health issues can contact us for a review of their situation.
Changes to Reservations
If guests need to change their reservation dates, we will do our best to accommodate these changes without any extra charge, subject to availability and any rate differences.
How to Cancel
To cancel your reservation, please do so through the 3rd party platform that you booked your stay or contact us directly using our contact page. Ensure you receive a confirmation of your cancellation.
