Josh has over two decades experience working in high end construction as an executive of a successful AV & Data Center installation Company. With his experience in AV technology, construction, and customer support Luxury VP felt like a natural extension of his skills in a new arena.

Luxury Vacation Place was born out of a desire and frustration to create a better home rental experience. After too many experiences staying at rental properties that felt like they were built from plywood furniture and big box store art Josh decided that there was a market for something better - thus Luxury Vacation Place was born.
